 Globalive Communications' Latest Acquisition
Solidfies its Leadership Position

TORONTO - June 24, 2003 � Globalive Communications, Inc., a Canadian-based provider of telecom solutions for niche markets, announces today its acquisition of the Canadian Operator Services customer base owned by Triton Global Communications, Inc. 

�This acquisition strengthens our position as the leader in Hospitality Operator Services in Canada,� said Anthony Lacavera, Globalive President & CEO. �The 84 hotel clients previously served by Triton will now benefit from leading products and services offered under our Canopco brand.�

The domestic hospitality market has struggled due to SARS, with Toronto hotels suffering losses of over $68 million since the beginning of April, a recent KPMG study reports. However, recovery is expected in 2004 and Globalive is well positioned to support its hospitality clients with innovative revenue-sharing opportunities.

�Globalive is an expert in Hospitality telecom services and we are confident our clients will benefit from the extended Canopco portfolio of value-added services and excellent customer support,� said Robert Treumann, President, Triton Global Communications. �The divestiture of this part of our business will allow Triton to focus all of its resources on emerging alternate billing solutions for online web-based businesses.� 

Counting more than 1,000 hotels on the Canopco network, Globalive continues to expand its customer base at home and abroad. This week at HITEC (www.hitec.org) in New Orleans, Globalive will unveil exciting new telecom programs to US-based hotels. Over 5,500 hospitality technology decision-makers will come to HITEC with an interest in finding technology solutions to benefit their business. Globalive will exhibit at booth number 448.
