In her new role Couch will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for the property.   In addition to developing business to increase room bookings she will also oversee efforts to increase catering and banquet sales.

Couch�s resume includes managerial positions with the Beachside Bar Café and Robinsons-May Department Store, both located in Santa Barbara.  She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and is a member of the Santa Barbara Event Professionals organization.  In addition, she is a familiar face on the community theater scene as both an actor and director.
