The Inn at the Falls, was built in 1985 on the former covered wagon site in Red Oak Mill.  The Inn has won many awards over the years including the prestigious Triple A Four-Diamond Award 16 years running, as well as being named one of the top ten hotels by Inn Review. The Inn features, a unique architectural design with a residential flavor, nestled beside a waterfall, and manicured grounds with specimen trees and shrubs. The Inn has been written about in national publications such as Travel and Leisure, Gourmet Country Inns, Bon Appetite as well as local and regional magazines.

The seller was Arnold Sheer Inc. The buyer is Raj Sai Inc, a regional operator with 14 properties in the Mid Atlantic region.
