Terminate Agreement |
Boulder, Colorado - June 19, 2002 -- Alton Leisure
Industries LLC recently announced the termination of an agreement between
its managing partner, Anthony (Tony) R. Genth and the Tanco family of companies.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Tanco is a diversified public company
with extensive real estate and business interests throughout Asia. Alton
is an international consulting company providing services to clients around
the world.
According to Tanco Director Franco Yong, "We have enjoyed an excellent relationship with Tony and Alton over the past years and look forward to continuing this association through his ongoing participation on our board". Genth also announced that he has re-purchased the equity interest that Tanco previously held in Alton. Added Genth, "It has been a privilege for me to work with the Tanco Group and to assist them in the development of timeshare in China. Alton will continue to provide services to Tanco as well as to its traditional client community. After the extraordinary level of international travel required by this assignment, I am looking forward to staying closer to home in the future." |
