Group, Inc. today announced the introduction of CallYIELD�
a Telephone Revenue Yield Management System for hotels. Describing it as
�an innovative system for top-line telephone revenue capture�, CEO David
Larsen announced today, �We are very excited to introduce CallYIELD which
represents over 10 years of research, development and deployment in hotels
all around the world�.
CallYIELD is described as �the telecom equivalence of pouring a bottle
of gas additive into a car�s gas tank each time you fill up� says Larsen.
In a report that includes over 50 North America hotel clients of all types,
results show CallYIELD adding average flow-through-dollars of over $130,000
per hotel. Results came from 12 month periods examined in 2000 �
2001 calendar years.
Before introducing CallYIELD to the North American market TIV says they
have implemented the system in over 600 hotels world-wide.
In recent years, hotels have faced the dilemma
of either losing money on telephone calls, or risking the loss of guest
loyalty to perceived irrational phone markups. With CallYIELD hotels can
