Ms. Kasel graduated at the top of her class at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration and continues to serve on their Alumni Advisory Board. She was elected Vice Chair of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and is an adjunct professor at the NYU Tisch Center for Travel and Tourism Administration.
