Mr. Bosworth�s experience as a senior level executive in the hotel and restaurant industry includes in-depth operational expertise and accomplished background in hotel finance. During the last economic downturn his operational knowledge and proficiency was employed as a lodging and hospitality workout specialist, assisting financial institutions and investors strategize and protect their hotel real estate and debt assets.

Before joining BCL Hospitality Advisors, Mr. Bosworth was Managing Director of Llama Capital Mortgage Company where he was responsible for the origination and acquisition of commercial real estate debt and also oversaw the firm�s investment banking activities with emphasis on hospitality transactions.  

Prior to joining Llama, Mr. Bosworth was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending and Hotel Investments for Ocwen Financial Corporation, a $3 billion financial services company and �Special Servicer.�  While at Ocwen, he was responsible for overseeing the company�s hotel portfolio.  Ocwen is a well-known �Strong� rated Special Servicer.  Mr. Bosworth, through his supervision of hospitality investments, was instrumental in assisting the bank in obtaining the highest Special Servicer rating possible.  Supervising operational management, renovations and repositioning of Ocwen�s hotel assets, he directly performed the following activities; operational management and analysis, asset management, asset valuations, property renovations, franchise conversions, formation of joint ventures, and asset disposition.  Under Mr. Bosworth�s leadership, Ocwen also performed, third party hospitality consulting for other financial institutions and investors.
