Alliance Hospitality Opening a Holiday Inn Select Hotel
in Denver's Cherry Creek District

DENVER � Business travelers will soon have a new executive-class lodging option available when the Holiday Inn Select Denver-Cherry Creek opens its doors in early 2002. The 214-room hotel, located in the heart of the Cherry Creek Financial District at 455 South Colorado Boulevard, is currently under construction and plans call for the building to be completed early in the new year.

"Holiday Inn Select Denver-Cherry Creek will be especially appealing to business travelers staying in Denver and meeting planners who need to arrange corporate functions and events. Our convenient, centralized location just south of downtown provides easy access to all that Denver has to offer," said Ellie Driver, Director of
Sales & Marketing for the hotel.

"Designating the property as Holiday Inn Select means that our hotel is designed especially for business travelers while still appealing to the leisure market. We will offer executive-class rooms, Euro-style dining, a professional business center and concierge service on select floors." Other amenities include a fitness center, martini bar & lounge, indoor pool & whirlpool, deli & espresso bar, car rental desk, hair

salon and late night room service.

The new Holiday Inn Select Denver-Cherry Creek is owned by Alliance Hospitality of Dallas, Texas.

Alliance Hospitality also owns the 162-room Holiday Inn and Dinner Theater in Venice, Florida and the 204-room Doubletree Club Hotel at Park Central in Dallas, Texas.
