It is also planned to install Energy management systems with motion detectors to ensure guests experience the highest levels of comfort, at the same time helping the hotel reduce energy costs. Using an eNewpaper technology, guests will be able to select and print a daily newspaper of their choice.

Commenting on the news, Richard Sung, Kellys Director and General Manager says; This is a very exciting and unique project. We specifically chose Pertlink to help us become a cyber hotel after their success with Rosedale on the Park in Hong Kong. Guangzhou is a city full of great hotels, and we need a differentiator, and so we have chosen to use Pertlink help us achieve this through their vast experience in this area. Being a MICE property, we will take advantage of many evolving technologies in this particular area, and use technology as a business driver.

Terence Ronson, Managing Director of Pertlink adds, Securing the Guangdong Asia International Guangzhou confirms our position in the industry as a visionary in the way hotels should be employing technology to not only help their operation, but more importantly improve guest satisfaction. Our all round experience will help them achieve this, and we are honoured to take part. We also believe this will be a catalyst in encouraging other Guangzhou based hotels to review their IT strategies.
