This ½ day session focuses on innovative techniques to maximize your own personal power and create passion throughout your organization. Understanding how to maximize your own potential will allow you to unleash the potential of others around you and effect change. Aspire Reservation Sales Impact� Formula Train-the-Trainer Certification
This program certifies a participant to train Aspire�s highly successful, Reservation Sales Impact� Formula program at your property.  We train each participant on our trademarked reservation selling process including how to meet each customer�s needs, paint a customer focused picture of the Hotel�s unique experience, effectively present price and create stronger customer value, in order to increase your conversion and revenue capture.

Yield/Revenue Management
This full day program will begin with the philosophy and components of an effective yield management machine.  In advance of the program, Aspire will review your current tools and determine key revenue maximization opportunities.  An innovative yield simulation will be conducted to ensure knowledge and applications have been applied.  After being coached on key yield/revenue management strategies, you will receive a complete yield management enhancement package that can be easily implemented at your property.

Optimizing Internet and GDS Revenue Channels
