PARK CITY, Utah. Aug. 28, 2002- Richard
C. Lee has been named general manager of the Lodge at Stillwater, Park
City, Utah.
Mr. Lee most recently served as general manager of Brooks Lake Lodge
in Jackson, WY. Prior to this position Mr. Lee served as director
of food and beverage at the Grand Summit Resort Hotel at The Canyons Ski
and Summer Resort in Park City, Utah.
An 18-year hospitality veteran, Mr. Lee has held a variety of hospitality
and restaurant positions including corporate food and beverage manager
for Mirage Resorts at the Bellagio, Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Lee has also
developed and operated destination resorts in Colorado, Argentina and Russia.
Mr. Lee received a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University
of Utah, and holds a master of hospitality management degree from the prestigious
Cornell Hotel School.
Located between the world-famous Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Jordanelle
Lake, this newly constructed property will feature 145 fully furnished
suites. Each guest suite is equipped with voice-mail message service, computer
data ports, a full kitchen and dining area. Remote control color TVs offer
cable and in-room video movies. Guest amenities include a fitness center,
an outdoor lakeside pool and Jacuzzis as well as a 5400 square foot Conference
Services center.
The Lodge at Stillwater is operated by High Mountain Properties through
a partnership with Deadalus USA, which recently developed the highly successful
Deer Lake Village town homes in lower Deer Valley, and The Lodges at Deer
Valley, a six phased development due to complete in 2003. Both
are recognized nationally as a pre-eminent resort development and operating
companies. The Lodge at Stillwater is scheduled to open February 1, 2002
prior to the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
