Ocean Pointe Resort, owned by Daishinpan (Canada) Inc., is currently managed by Pacific Harbour Hotels, a Victoria company whose principals are Robert McAdams and John Quested. During Pacific Harbour Hotels� term of management, Ocean Pointe Resort has received a number of awards, including ratings as one of the top hotels and resorts in the world by Conde Nast Traveler and the New York-based Zagat organization.

The resort will be renamed the Delta Victoria - Ocean Pointe Resort. Located directly on the inner harbour of Victoria, the resort features dramatic views of the city. The resort features 250 rooms, three restaurants, a spa and fitness centre, a business centre, and over 6,000 square feet of meeting space. The Victoria Conference Centre is just a 10-minute walk, though shuttle service is also provided. 

In addition to the resort offerings and services, Delta Victoria - Ocean Pointe Resort also offers easy access to a number of destination recreational activities, including: whale watching, walking tours of the heritage city, sailing and golf. Greater Victoria features a variety of 18-hole golf courses.
