Park City, Utah - (April 5, 2001) - The owners,
management and design teams of the much-anticipated Hotel Park City gathered
at restaurant 350 Main to unveil plans for Park Citys first boutique condominium
resort.
The all-suite condominium resort hotel is currently
under construction on seven acres of land adjacent to the Park City Municipal
Golf Course.
Hotel Park City will consist of a dramatic main
lodge and a collection of unique cottages nestled along the fairways of
the Park City Municipal Golf Course. The lodge will consist of 54 studio
suites, five one-bedroom suites, and a two-bedroom penthouse. In addition,
there will be 32 Fairway Cottage suites clustered four or six to a building
and five freestanding three-bedroom cottages. The lodge and residences
are being designed in a style that pays tribute to the classic national
park mountain lodges built during the early 1900s. The amenities and services
planned for Hotel Park City will rival any deluxe resort in the West.
Construction of the main lodge will commence April
2001, with anticipated occupancy in June 2002. The cottages will begin
construction in September 2001, with a planned opening in August 2002.
The concept of combining the art of hospitality
with boutique condominium ownership was pioneered by Fandango Resorts,
the resort development and management company for Hotel Park City. The
companys philosophy seamlessly blends small-scale properties with personalized
service and amenities found in the finest luxury hotels in the world.
