(October 1, 2019) – Blue Water Development, a real estate developer specializing in commercial and hospitality properties on the East Coast, is proud to announce the acquisition of and start of renovations on the Comfort Inn & Suites, Daytona Beach Oceanfront. Formerly The Mayan Inn, the hotel will reopen in early 2020 following an extensive interior and exterior renovation.
