Hallandale, FL – November 5, 2015 – ZDirect, a leader in above property marketing solutions and a pioneer in hotel marketing automation, has announced that Director of Sales, The Americas, Adam Fractenberg, will lead a speaker session at the 2015 Host Users Group (HUG) Conference, which runs November 8 – 12 at the Sunriver Resort in Oregon.
The 2015 Conference marks the 25th year that users of SMS|Host from the hospitality industry have been gathering to exchange knowledge and facilitate learning with their peers. HUG offers attendees an opportunity to gain knowledge from industry leaders through interactive training sessions and engage in discussions surrounding timely topics relevant to the hotel systems. In addition to the hands-on training, guest speakers, keynote presentations and networking events, there will also be a HUG Vendor Showcase for product education.
Taking place in HUG’s Homestead 3 on November 9th at 4 p.m., Fractenberg is scheduled to host the vendor-led session, “What does a loyalty program mean to you?” The interactive training will concentrate on moving past points, tiers and redemption and bringing the focus of loyalty programs back to creating business. Fractenberg has extensive experience in digital and social media marketing. By learning from ZDirect methods, hoteliers will be able to identify their best guests and reward their loyalty in ways that resonate with customers.
Fractenberg has substantial experience in working with e-mail marketing, mobile marketing, data analysis and online surveys. He has served as ZDirect’s Director of Sales, The Americas since 2013. Fractenberg is a graduate of Michigan State University and has worked for several notable hospitality-based companies including Cendyn and Orbitz.
“Working with ZDirect has allowed me to put my skills to use in ensuring that hoteliers stay a step ahead of hotel marketing trends,” said Fractenberg. “With all the technology available to hoteliers today, we need to focus harder than ever on choosing programs that actually work to locate and reward our most loyal customers. Those who attend my training will leave with a clear picture of the importance of and steps towards meaningful guest recognition.”
Adams’s leadership in driving recognition of ZDirect’s ability to provide the most advanced and effective hotel marketing automation solutions has undoubtedly been a factor in the company’s recent acquisition by TravelClick, a global hospitality provider of innovative cloud-based, revenue-generating solutions. TravelClick plans to leverage ZDirect’s unique services, in order to further strengthen its own suite of industry-leading business intelligence, reservations, marketing and media products.
