A highly skilled hospitality professional with 15 years of experience in the Caribbean and Mexico, García has a proven track record of strong leadership, human resource development and efficient management in all aspects of the hotel’s operations.
After beginning her career in 2007 at the Courtyard Santo Domingo, García moved to Mexico in 2013, where she was promoted to Human Resources Manager at the Courtyard Airport Mexico City and in 2015, she returned to Santo Domingo as the opening Director of Human Resources for the Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino. Before joining the JW Marriott Hotel Santo Domingo team, she served as General Manager of the Courtyard Santo Domingo.
