Feb. 14--A developer that plans to redevelop the vacant site of Wilbur Chocolate in Lititz has officially purchased the site.
Lancaster Online reports the transaction was disclosed in courthouse documents filed Tuesday. The local developer, Oak Tree Development Group, finalized the sale for a total of $2.25 million.
