Bonnyville Neighborhood Inn and Neighborhood Inn Express locations to enhance guest convenience with implementation of advanced self check-in functionality

ATLANTA, GEORGIA – April 16, 2015 – Ariane Systems, the world leader in self-service check-in/out technology for the hospitality industry, has announced that its interactive check-in technology has been selected by Westcorp, an owner and manager of revenue producing real estate in Canada, for implementation at two Alberta-based properties. Ariane’s self-service kiosks are scheduled to be installed at Westcorp’s Bonnyville, Alberta location, which features two hotels within close proximity; the Bonnyville Neighborhood Inn and the Bonnyhood Neighbourhood Inn Express. Presenting guests with an easy access option to their guestrooms, the interactive kiosks will provide Westcorp with the ability to offer a streamlined and convenient check-in service that facilitates service operations for both guests and staff.

Designed to reflect the soothing and friendly environment of Alberta’s Lake Country, the Neighbourhood Inn and Neighbourhood Inn Express are located within one city block of one another, and share a single front desk for both check-in and check-out purposes. Catering to business and leisure travelers alike, Westcorp’s decision to implement kiosks by Ariane Systems comes as a result of the company’s desire to offer ultimate check-in and check-out convenience to guests. Prior to the Ariane check-in solution, Neighbourhood Inn Express guests were required to first visit and check-in at the Neighbourhood Inn, and then walk to the second property to gain access to their rooms. The Ariane kiosks will provide an alternative that allows for direct check-in at the Neighbourhood Inn Express, providing maximum convenience and saving time for guests.

A solution that integrates seamlessly with technology from other vendors, Ariane System kiosks utilize an intuitive, customizable interface. The entire process from entering a reservation number to obtaining a room keycard typically takes less than a minute from start to finish, and includes the ability for guests to pay with a credit card at the terminal. Upon checking out, guests simply review folios and settle any incidental costs, receiving their invoice immediately.
