Twenty Four Seven Hotels, a west coast hotel management company, reinforced their commitment to a sales driven culture beginning and ending with Revenue Management by expanding its Corporate Revenue Manager base. The Corporate Revenue Managers role is to support their assigned hotels in rate strategies and implementation across a multitude of channels, direct revenue strategy meetings, and maximize leverage of brand revenue systems to deliver maximum revenue growth and enhance profitability for owners.

Staci Marshall joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2007 in front office operations at a managed Marriott Courtyard. There she made the jump from Front Office Manager to her most recent position as a Corporate Revenue Analyst where she specialized in Revenue Management transitions for all Marriott brands in the portfolio. Ms. Marshall’s dedication and continued successes are no doubt a reflection of her commitment to her chosen words to live and work by: “Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Until your good is better and your better is best.”

Beth Shelton joined Twenty Four Seven Hotels in 2012 and most recently was the General Manager at a managed SpringHill Suites before being promoted to Corporate Revenue Manager. Prior to Twenty Four Seven Hotels, Ms. Shelton worked for Hilton Hotels in various leadership roles in Portland, Seattle, and Hawaii, which included two years as the Assistant Director of Revenue Management for the Hilton Waikoloa and Reservation Manager for the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower.

Ms. Shelton’s motto, whether in her personal or professional life: “At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam. And steam can power a locomotive. One extra degree…makes all the difference. And the one extra degree of effort in business and in life…separates the good from the great!” ~ Mac Anderson
