Nashville, TN/United States – August 1, 2017 – Turnberry Associates has announced the appointment of Lukus Kindlesparker as General Manager of the JW Marriott Nashville opening in 2018. Kindlesparker will be responsible for the property’s operations and performance. He will also oversee the strategic direction of this luxury asset in conjunction with the overall JW Marriott brand strategy of delivering exceptional results in one of the most dynamic destinations in the U.S.

Kindlesparker began his hospitality career over 17 years ago with Hyatt Hotels and also spent time with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Hawaii. Kindlesparker joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts in May of 2007 rising through the ranks in various operational positions. Most recently he served as the General Manager of The W Hotel in Midtown Atlanta where he managed a multi-million-dollar renovation of the property and was recognized as one of Atlanta’s top 100 leaders by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He has also served as General Manager of Atlanta’s Glenn Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Lukus holds a degree from Purdue University and resides in Brentwood, TN with his wife and four children. An avid runner, in his spare time, he enjoys discovering Nashville’s thriving live music and food scene.
