SHOAL BAY EAST, ANGUILLA (November 8, 2016)Zemi Beach House, Anguilla’s newest luxury boutique property, has announced the appointment of Frank Pierce to the role of Director of Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Pierce brings to Zemi Beach House more than 25 years of experience in hotel operations and sales in Anguilla and other Caribbean destinations. He specializes in developing strategic sales procedures and promotional offerings, while working closely with the reservations department and major travel agencies.

At Zemi Beach House, Mr. Pierce will lead all aspects of sales and marketing for the hotel, including the planning and implementation of sales strategies for maximizing hotel revenues and occupancy. Mr. Pierce will work closely with the newly appointed General Manager, Paulo Paias, in overseeing operations and reservations for the resort with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Prior to joining Zemi Beach House, Mr. Pierce most recently served as the National Accounts Manager for Resorts World Bimini where he was responsible for contracting national and international tour operators for resort rooms and suite, a cruise ship and various resort venues. Before Bimini, he acted as Director of Sales & Marketing for various properties in the Caribbean, including Raffles/Fairmont Resort in Canouan and Anacaona and Cap Juluca in Anguilla. Mr. Pierce graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Hospitality Management.
