CLEARWATER, FL, December 8, 2016— TJM Properties, a leading real estate and hospitality firm, again expanded its growing hotel portfolio with the purchase of the Crowne Plaza North-Worthington in Columbus Ohio, the state capital. The 300-room hotel will retain the Crowne Plaza flag and continue to offer all the amenities and incentive programs of the Crowne Plaza brand. TJM plans a major renovation of the hotel's guestrooms as part of Crowne Plaza's new Worklife Room that will offer guests an innovative new concept that combines comfort, connectivity and flexibility.

The purchase is the latest expansion for the Florida-based company and its fifth hotel in the Northeast. TJM Properties currently owns it flagship property, The Claridge – A Radisson Hotel and the Atlantic Club, both in Atlantic City, New Jersey and The Radisson Philadelphia Northeast. TJM also purchased Harrah's Tunica, a 2000-acre resort complex in Tunica, Mississippi in 2016.

The Columbus hotel is the second Crowne Plaza property to join the TJM portfolio. In May, 2016, TJM purchased the Crowne Plaza Syracuse in downtown Syracuse New York. He affirmed that the Crowne Plaza North's highly successful track record in the sports and leisure markets, association meetings and weddings, made the property an exceptional investment opportunity for the expanding hotel company. "TJM Properties plans to add approximately three new hotels to its portfolio each year," Mr. Erenler noted. "With this, our third purchase of 2016, we have met that goal."

In another major advancement for TJM, the historic Claridge in Atlantic city joined the noted Radisson brand, greatly expanding its global marketing reach.
