CLEARWATER, FL, May 2016—TJM Properities, a leading real estate and hospitality firm, expands its growing hotel portfolio with the purchase of the Crowne Plaza Syracuse, in Central New York. The 276-room hotel will retain the Crowne Plaza flag and continue to offer all the amenities and incentive programs of the Crowne Plaza brand.

The purchase is the latest expansion for the Florida-based company and its fourth hotel in the Northeast.
