Officials of Titan Hotels, a Pa.-based, full-service hotel development and management group focused on branded hotels, today announced the opening of the 125-room Courtyard by Marriott Southington in Conn.

Located at 1081 West Street, the four-story hotel is nestled near Lake Compounce and is proximate to many demand generators in the greater Hartford region.  Guest rooms provide high-speed internet access and flat screen televisions, as well as large desks with multiple outlets and lighting options for workplace needs.  Additionally, all rooms come with mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee makers and luxury bedding. Guests are invited to dine at The Bistro, serving three meals daily plus a weekday manager’s reception.  Additional amenities include 1,100 square feet of meeting space, an oversized, well equipped fitness center and a spacious, inviting lobby space to relax and conduct business.
