(May 12, 2017) – Following a highly successful first year since opening as the city’s newest luxury hotel, The Westin Nashville, 807 Clark Place, is thrilled to announce today the appointment of Ross Bruce as Director of Revenue. Ross bring his extensive hotel background and strong knowledge of the Starwood Hotels & Resorts brands to spearhead the revenue efforts of the 453-room property, which has solidified its position as Nashville’s destination hotspot for both locals and guests alike.

Ross Bruce joins The Westin Nashville most recently from The Westin Charlotte, where he served as Director of Revenue for the 700-room hotel. During his tenure at the luxury Charlotte property, Ross was recognized for driving rooms revenue and market share growth, as well as implementing re-segmentation strategies leading to increased transient revenues. Ross began his career in hospitality working at the W Atlanta- Buckhead, and quickly rose up the corporate ladder, holding various roles such as Revenue Manager for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he supported eight hotels across the Westin, Sheraton, W and St. Regis brands in the Atlanta metro market, and later as Director of Revenue for the W Atlanta- Midtown. Ross holds a degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
