Tampa, Fla. (February 10, 2014) – Keith Coe has accepted the role of Senior Vice President for The Plasencia Group’s Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Coe is based in Philadelphia, PA. In this capacity, Mr. Coe will be responsible for all disposition and investment advisory services in what has historically been one of the company’s most active regions.

Mr. Coe will continue to serve as Managing Director of TPG Development Management Consultants, a position he has held since 2006. TPG Development Management Consultants offers exclusive services to individuals and companies investing in the hospitality development sector.

Prior to joining The Plasencia Group, Mr. Coe served as head of the Development and Acquisition Group at Valley Forge Investment Corporation (“VFIC”) from 1998 to 2006. Preceding his tenure at VFIC, Mr. Coe was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Omni Hotels from 1993 to 1998. He served as General Counsel for Red Lion Hotels for the seven prior years.

Mr. Coe received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. He is a current member of the law school Board of Visitors and the Oregon State Bar.
