The Living Company (TLC) announced today that three veterans of the furniture industry will join its executive team as part of its continued expansion in the hospitality space. Beyond hospitality, TLC has experienced significant growth in the burgeoning workforce housing and co-living sectors. Through its University Furnishings brand, it is the leading supplier of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to off-campus student housing. Backed by Lee Equity Partners, TLC offers a comprehensive range of services, including design, sourcing, kitting, warehousing, delivery, installation, replacement, and rehabilitation.

According to President and CEO Paul Dougan, the additions to TLC’s hospitality management team are a direct reflection of the confidence the company has not only in its continued growth in hospitality but also in the future of the industry.

“Our clients put their trust in our robust supply chain, our industry-leading quality control processes and logistics programs, and our exemplary service. We have witnessed first-hand the pandemic’s impact on the entire hospitality sector, but we are optimistic about a swift recovery. With Bob, Adam, and Tony on board, we are better positioned than anyone in the industry to help our clients succeed in the months and years ahead.” he said.
