The Hotel Group Expands Portfolio with Addition of Two Montana Properties

Seattle, WA, February 23, 2017 — The Hotel Group, a nationally recognized Top 40 hotel management company, announced today the addition of the 92-room Residence Inn by Marriott Billings and the 150-room Radisson Colonial Hotel Helena bringing its third-party management portfolio to 38 properties in 11 states. Both properties have been recently renovated.
The Residence Inn by Marriott Billings, in Billings, Montana offers guests a choice of extended stay accommodations from a deluxe studio, one or two-bedroom suites. The pet-friendly property features fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi along with a refreshing indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center. The hotel is located near Rimrock Mall, Zoo Montana, and MetraPark.
The Radisson Colonial Hotel Helena, in Helena, Montana is located near the junction of I-15 and US 12 in close proximity to the State Capitol and about 3 miles from the Helena Regional Airport. The property offers guests 150 rooms and suites with free Wi-Fi along with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker in every room. With 18,000 square feet of conference space, the hotel is ideal for events up to 500 guests. The event space comprises 14 meeting rooms equipped with Wi-Fi and audiovisual technology.
