The brand-new eight-floor, 114-room hotel debuts a modern design that incorporates custom artwork from local artists, sleek lighting, stainless steel accents and contemporary color hues throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms. A unique roof deck offers striking views of the city and state-of-the-art technology, which appeal to everyone from guests and locals to event planners. The hotel is owned by David Parmley of Broadway Lodging, llc. and operated by Chesterfield Hotels, Inc.
