Eden Prairie (Minneapolis), MN, August 13, 2018… Teneo Hospitality Group, the premier global representation firm, has appointed Susan Hinfey as Director of Sales, Western US. Ms. Hinfey will concentrate on the West Coast territory and comes to us with over 20 years of sales experience with luxury hotels.

Susan Hinfey started as a Group Sales Manager and from there she took on the role of Global Luxury Account Executive for nine years for the Ritz Carlton Global Sales Organization. There, she managed clients in Northeast and West Coast markets, having earlier focused on the Midwest, Southwest and Canadian markets. She also expanded the luxury portfolio from 90 hotels to 300 internationally and generated $10M per year in business. Susan subsequently became the Director of National Accounts for The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua before joining the Teneo team.

Ms. Hinfey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, where you will find her rooting for the Yankees and the New York Giants with her two amazing dogs.
