Eden Prairie, MN, October 25, 2017 … Continuing to expand its sales force, Teneo Hospitality Group, the premier global firm representing 300+ independent and luxury branded hotels, resorts and DMCs, has appointed veteran industry sales executive, Bob Korin, as Director of Sales, joining the Northeast team.

Mr. Korin spent the better part of his career with Marriott International, where he held a variety of leadership positions in Conference Center Management, National Sales, and played a key role in pioneering Marriott’s Strategic Account Management organization. Responsible for such key corporate clients as IBM, GE and Honeywell, he developed highly successful strategic initiatives and staff development programs.

For the past nine years Mr. Korin was Director of National Accounts for Hilton Hawaii where he twice earned the company’s elite sales performance award, Circle of Excellence.

Always actively engaged in industry organizations such as MPI and PCMA, Korin is currently serving on SITE Northeast’s Board as Education VP, facilitating workshops and creating meaningful content for SITE members. He also serves on the Youth Commission of Bethel, Connecticut, helping oversee the town’s teen programs.

Mr. Korin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from Emerson College. He resides in Connecticut with his wife. They have four adult children and recently welcomed twin grandchildren.
