CLE ELUM, Wash. (MAY 25, 2022) Suncadia Resort, situated on the sunny side of the Cascade Mountains, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Ouradnik as the new director of sales and marketing. A seasoned hospitality leader and sales strategist, with over two decades of experience working with leading hotel brands across the country, he will oversee the sales, marketing, and event planning disciplines of the resort.

Previously, he was the director of sales and marketing at Margaritaville Resort, a Davidson Hospitality property in Palm Springs, Calif., where he successfully led the rebranding, spearheaded repositioning strategies, rebuilt the sales, events and revenue teams during the pandemic and provided executive level leadership. Prior, Ouradnik held the same position at Hyatt Regency (Austin, Texas) and Hyatt Regency Lake Washington (Renton, Wash.) throughout pre-opening. In 2013, he served as director of sales and marketing followed by director of sales and events at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa & Marina in San Diego, Calif. For the decade prior, he worked sales and operations positions around Washington, including at Hyatt Regency Bellevue and Hilton Bellevue, Doubletree Spokane City Center and Ellensburg Inn. He was awarded Hotel Sales Team of the Year in 2010 and 2012. Born and raised in Washington, Ouradnik attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg.
