Hawaiian hotel group brings PMS efficiency to its portfolio with StayNTouch’s cloud-based solutions
Bethesda, MD – AUGUST 14, 2018 – StayNTouch, an innovator in mobile technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for hotels, is pleased to announce it has partnered with Seaside Hotels Hawaii with the deployment of its Rover PMS™ and Zest™ products at Maui Seaside Hotel (Kahului, HI), Kona Seaside Hotel (Kailua-Kona, HI), and Hilo Seaside Hotel (Hilo, HI).
“Our old PMS was so complex with too many screens that had to be populated at each step of any process. It really took away from the actual service and greeting experience, said Connie Kramer, Director of Media and Group Sales for Seaside Hotels Hawaii. “Our primary requirement was to find a PMS that was simple to use and would allow us to be able to engage with the guest, instead of having our head down, mired in complicated screens.”
StayNTouch Rover met that usability criteria, “Ms. Kramer continued, “But the PMS did much more. Batch processing of back office processes allow us to reallocate labor resources to focus more on guest interaction. Rover easily integrated with our booking engine and channel manager, and the StayNTouch customer service is excellent. They came out in person to better understand our business and helped point out where we could improve – especially in the area of revenue generation.”
