StayNTouch Mobility Platform lets staff interface with guests when and where the guests choose.

Bethesda, MD – February 10, 2016 . . . StayNTouch, an innovator in mobile technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for hotels, today announced that Carillon Miami Beach, an iconic luxury resort hotel, has implemented its could-based hotel software solutions. StayNTouch’s solutions are gaining raid adoption among branded as well as boutique hotels and is now in place at dozens of properties in Nort America and worldwide.

Z Capital Partners purchased the Carillon property in late 2014, opening it as Carillon Miami Beach in early 2015. It installed StayNTouch’s solution in November, 2015. After the management team was introduced to the mobility solution, it quickly realized it was in perfect alignment with their service philosophy.

As such we want to remove any barriers to that interaction, such as a front desk,” said Kristen Purvis, Director of Guest Experience. “Our staff can now service our guests in a way that does not intrude on their overall stay experience.” For example, guests can choose to be greeted by a hotel “host” at the airport and are immediately checked into their rooms via the StayNTouch Rover system on the host’s tablet.

“Introducing this new technology has been surprisingly easy,” continued Mark Houraney, Director of IT. “Installation was quick and painless and staff personnel only need about 20 minutes of training before they have mastered the application set.”

The resort has implemented three StayNTouch cloud-solutions on one platform:

• Zest™: Enables guest pre-engagement and mobile guest services via mobile web. Guest-enabled mobile check-in & out via smart phone or desktop.

• Rover ™: Overlays on top of PMS bringing the front office functionality onto a mobile/tablet in a touch/graphic user experience. Includes remote key encoding & secure credit card swipe featuring P2P encryption & tokenization. Enables staff flexibility to service guests anytime, anywhere.

• Rover Housekeeping™: Via any mobile device (iTouch, tablet, etc), housekeeping/staff has touch optimized user interface for full access to rooms-to-clean lists, room status, guest information and ability to update room status after servicing
