The hotels that have selected the platform to automate the online group booking process for small groups and meetings include Lancaster Arts Hotel in Pennsylvania, Wyndham New Yorker Hotel in New York City, Lions Gate Hotel and Conference Center in Sacramento, CA, Distrikt Hotel in New York City, San's Boutique Hotel & Suites in historic Savannah, GA and University Inn in Minneapolis, MN.

With online group travel for the hotel industry on track to be the fastest growing opportunity in terms of market share, innovative hoteliers are turning to Groupize's hosted offerings to gain a competitive advantage. The award winning group lifecycle suite is comprised of three integrated solutions. The GBE, (Group Booking Engine), replaces the static RFP form with a customized white-label direct booking platform to automate multi-room and small group bookings.  Sales managers can use the PRM (Pipeline Response Manager) to automate sales activities including emails, proposals, or contracts; as well as access up-to-date information about the group block and its pickup and payments. The new Groupize Hub offers each group their own unique website to self-manage their block and communicate with their group members from a desktop or mobile device.
