SAN FRANCISCO, CA – March 11, 2022 – The well-established independent third-party hotel management company Sightline Hospitality announces the addition of three independent lifestyle hotels to their growing management portfolio. All three properties – evo Hotel, The English Hotel, and Radio Tower and Hotel – bring their own unique stories and concepts to the Sightline property lineup.

evo Hotel

The brand-new evo Hotel opened on February 1, 2022, in Salt Lake City, Utah’s Granary District. Known as the leading retail expert in outdoor gear, evo has expanded its brand by creating an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. This one-of-a-kind lodging experience offers a vibrant hub for the neighborhood and serves as the ultimate launchpad for exploring the expansive outdoor recreation options Salt Lake City has to offer, including national parks, epic ski resorts, hiking trails and more. Part of Campus Salt Lake, evo Hotel reflects the transformation of a massive 100-year-old warehouse space. Through the thoughtful assembly of five previously disjointed warehouses, the campus brings together these spaces into a welcoming new gathering place for the community, paying homage to the building’s historical roots while keeping an eye towards the future with playful design and art elements throughout. Campus Salt Lake also features a 100,000 square foot evo store, Bouldering Project gym including expansive climbing walls, guided yoga, and fitness classes (opening spring 2022), All Together Skatepark, Level Nine Sports, restaurant, coffee shop, and more.

The English Hotel

The English Hotel recently opened on February 22, 2022. Extremely passionate about his craft, celebrity chef Todd English has curated The English Hotel concept in the arts district of Las Vegas to invite visitors and locals alike into his creative world. Todd loves serving and entertaining others and creating an unmatched experience for his guests. Fully embracing the concept built around entertainment and hospitality, the Todd English experience goes beyond a great dinner and presents a completely one-of-a-kind, immersive experience. From the specially selected in-room cocktail carts to recipe cards featuring Todd English’s personal favorites placed on your pillow at night, every element of the hotel is thoughtfully and carefully crafted to create a one-of-a-kind experience. Guests are invited to go behind the scenes with Todd and see what happens in the kitchen. With an expansive pool deck and evening restaurant-to-lounge transition, there is plenty of space for guests to enjoy continuous live entertainment throughout the day and night. The English Hotel is affiliated with Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand, which allows the hotel concept to further engage with consumers by leveraging the power of Tribute’s booking engine and brand loyalty.

Radio Tower and Hotel

Radio Tower and Hotel is expected to open on June 16, 2022. This 22-story mixed-use development is located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City. Designed as a multihued series of stacked blocks, the building features a ceramic brick façade that breaks away into eight boxy volumes, each with its own distinct color. Drawing inspiration from the diversity and vibrancy of the existing community, the colors start with a vibrant lime green and yellow, then transition into subdued blue, red, orange, teal, and magenta materials. Along with the hotel space, the building features lofts, office space, and extensive event space. Above the hotel, guests can enjoy the outdoor pool deck and a third outdoor space above the 19th floor that will reportedly debut as a restaurant.

“We want to accentuate the existing positives of each brand on a hospitality level,” says Kirk Pederson, president of Sightline Hospitality. “Whether staying in branded, soft-branded, or independent hotels, guests are seeking out experiences. Each of these hotels fills that experiential desire in their own unique way. We are so excited to add each of them to our growing management portfolio.”

Along with decades of management experience with various hotel forms, Sightline was selected to oversee these three hotels because of the company’s expertise in independent, lifestyle hotel management and passion for creating soulful stays that make an impression long after departure. Focused on highlighting and celebrating each property’s individuality, the distinctively unique third-party management company brings together people, places, and possibilities to redefine hotel management.
