London, March 19, 2019 – Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London, the capital’s highest luxury hotel, has announced the appointment of Stefan Müller as director of sales and marketing.
Originally from Germany, Stefan Müller joins Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London with over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Stefan has held the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at the Baglioni Hotel London (part of Leading Hotels of the World) and Excelsior Hotel Ernst in Cologne, Germany (a founding member of Leading Hotels of the World). Prior to these roles, Stefan Müller spent 12 years with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group where he started his journey in food and beverage and then moved to the sales division. In 2009 he was relocated to Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London and held the position of Assistant Director of Sales. At Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London, he will be responsible for increasing revenue across the hotel as it enters its fifth year, as well as further developing the sales and marketing team.
