Sawgrass now has the tools to manage their extensive inventory flowing into the Resort and tracking product movements in bars, restaurants, gift shop areas and storage. By replacing their manual inventory counting process with Clear Sky’s wireless, mobile bar code scanners, the monthly counting of inventory is significantly reduced freeing up associates to spend more time with guests. Additional features include Clear Sky’s interfaces to Micros Simphony POS system, Marriott’s HotShop procurement system and Fintech for automated alcohol payment and receiving. Additionally, the Simphony POS interface allows Sawgrass to relieve inventory as drinks are sold. With Clear Sky’s inventory control solutions, management will know exactly what they have on the shelf, when to order food, beverage and retail items and gain immediate access to numerous cost-saving reports and information.
