Santi Mandala Villa & Spa in Bali Adopts Hotelogix to Automate Operations

Hotelogix, a leader in cloud-based Property Management Systems has announced that it has been selected as the preferred technology partner by Santi Mandala Villa & Spa in Bali. With Hotelogix cloud PMS in place, the management at this exotic property aims to automate its entire operations.
Spread across 3.5 hectares of a tropical hideaway in Southern part of Ubud, Santi Mandala Villa offers a luxurious stay to its patrons with 27 well-appointed Balinese-style villas. In Bali, this is the only property that offers floating villa. During their stay, guests can also learn Balinese cuisine and dance. This place is one of the most popular destinations in and around Bali where guests get to soak themselves in both nature and culture. Santi Mandala Villa & Spa is operated by Sadharma Group, which also runs two other properties – Adi Dharma Hotel and Adi Dharma Cottages.
Before adopting Hotelogix cloud PMS, the management ran operations at Santi Mandala Villa & Spa with an on-premise PMS. It lacked many imperative features to automate operations. Most importantly, they couldn’t access the PMS remotely to see reports and oversee the hotel status.
