Hotel & Leisure Advisors is working on behalf of a client to solicit qualifications and proposals from experienced firms to manage an existing high-end golf club, a vineyard and an under-construction, 40-unit luxury boutique inn (inclusive of yurts) in Southwest Virginia. The inn will offer additional amenities such as an outdoor pool, full-service restaurant, event space, business center, outdoor patio, retail shop. It will also offer planned outdoor activities such as horseback riding, shooting, fishing, hiking, ropes course, archery, etc. The subject development includes a large amount of land on which to develop a wide range of infrastructure, including the inn, potential spa and fitness center and additions to the vineyard. The subject site has an attractive resort location and enjoys easy access to Interstate 81.
Currently existing on property, the developer owns a 21-hole, Fazio designed private golf club, which includes a swim, racquet and fitness club, multiple food and beverage outlets, and other amenities and a 10-acre vineyard and winery producing award winning wine.
This solicitation calls for one management company for both the inn and the existing golf club, with the option to also manage the vineyard and winery.
