Orlando, Florida – December 21, 2015 – ProfitSword has named three internal leaders to key executive team positions effective January 1, 2016. Paul Bennie, previously the Director of Client Services has been promoted to Director of Sales, North America, Maureen Allen, previously Client Services Supervisor, has been promoted to Director of Client Services, and Brian Treadwell, previously Technical Services Liaison, has been appointed Director of Technical Services. Both Bennie and Allen have been with ProfitSword for more than five years, Treadwell for four, and all have exhibited a true passion for ProfitSword’s 60+ clients, exemplifying leadership qualities in their respective positions.

Paul Bennie joined the ProfitSword team in 2010 as Director of Account Management, assisting clients with their daily support needs and developing the Account Management Team. Since then, Paul has held a progression of leadership roles including Director of Implementation and Director of Client Services. Most recently, Paul was responsible for directing the development of ProfitSword’s new Training Department. “Paul has an incredible passion for both the software and our clients,” stated Tili Findley, co-Owner of ProfitSword. “He has a commanding knowledge of the multiple solutions ProfitSword offers, and a keen knowledge of the needs of each of our management company and ownership partners. He can now put both qualities to work helping to implement the growth strategies of our Business Development Team.” Paul also brings nearly 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In his new role, Paul will oversee the direct sales efforts of the Business Development team and look for new business opportunities for ProfitSword in the domestic markets.

Maureen Allen started with ProfitSword in 2009 as an account manager, bringing with her more than 25 years of hotel experience. She was soon promoted to a supervisor role within the Client Services team, and most recently promoted to Director of Client Services. In her new role, Allen will be responsible for overseeing all client support needs following the implementation process, including technical support and training. “Maureen’s customer service skills are off the charts,” commented Findley. “She has an exceptional ability to get to the heart of a client issue quickly and then lay out a plan with our technical team to find the right solution.”

Brian Treadwell started with ProfitSword in 2011 and brings more than 17 years of hospitality experience as well as a strong technical background to his new role as Director of Technical Services. His new responsibilities will include managing all technical aspects of ProfitSword’s support structure, including technical support for both existing clients as well as new clients during their implementation phase. In addition, Treadwell is responsible for managing ProfitSword’s Advisory Council and the list of software enhancement requests from the council. “Brian’s role is new and designed to be the bridge between client support and software development,” states Findley. “In the past much of the technical support was handled by the software developers, which was not the best use of their time. Brian’s team separates the technical aspects from the software itself and handles the technical requests more efficiently.”

All three individuals have started working in their new roles while transitioning their previous responsibilities, and will officially begin their new duties effective in the New Year.
