TORRANCE, CA – June 26th, 2013: Graves 601 Hotel in downtown Minneapolis, MN, is installing Quadriga’s TV-based guest communications platform Sensiq in all 255 guestrooms to reinforce its distinctive, luxury brand directly to guests via the in-room TV. Quadriga is the global hospitality industry’s leading integrator of network applications and in-room entertainment systems, with offices in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Graves 601 Hotel Minneapolis, part of the Wyndham Grand Collection, has a history of excellence, being voted one of the Top 100 hotels in the World, 2012, by the readers of Condé Nast. “Our key requirements for a new guest communication and entertainment solution included offering guests the benefits of the latest hospitality technology to help deliver an unrivalled guest experience, while also providing us with a channel to communicate directly with guests in their room,” said Benjamin Graves, President of Graves Hospitality. “Quadriga is enabling us to achieve this through its Sensiq platform and its ability to integrate this with the latest TV technology.”

Quadriga’s Sensiq provides a digital, multimedia guest communications platform, which will enable the hotel to deliver a full array of information and entertainment content. The Quadriga solution will run over a fully-deployed IP network, enabling guests to benefit from the latest Smart TV technology and Internet-connected TVs, while also enjoying the features and functionality of Quadriga’s Sensiq platform.

Sensiq’s powerful Content Management System enables Graves 601 Hotel Minneapolis to define and implement its own information and entertainment content, so it can deliver relevant promotions and information to guests, as well as create a new promotional channel for promoting its services and amenities. Quadriga’s experienced customization and specialist TV design team are working with the hotel team to design and build a unique interface to reflect the hotels’ distinctive brand identity.

Quadriga’s network and entertainment solutions are based on providing the hotelier with cost-efficient solutions that properly scale hotel infrastructure to accommodate the demands of higher bandwidth needs, as a result of guests bring their own mobile devices and content with them to the hotel. Most recently, Quadriga’s Personal Media Network™, an exclusive solution for enabling streaming functionality and other guest services was awarded HTNG’s Most Innovative Technology 2012. Quadriga’s PMN™ app is an extension of the Sensiq TV platform and synchronizes the TV with the guest’s mobile device(s) to deliver a unified entertainment experience.

“Sensiq’s powerful customization and promotion capabilities will enable Graves 601 Hotel Minneapolis to deliver a unique and differentiated guest experience,” said Chris Sophinos, CEO, Quadriga Americas. “As the leading systems integrator for the global hospitality industry, we are able to offer the hotel a flexible and relevant technology solution, which can evolve as their business needs and the requirements of their guests evolve.”

Quadriga will be demonstrating all of its network and application solutions at HITEC 2013 in Minneapolis June 25th through 27th. Hoteliers can schedule a full demonstration of services by contacting any of the Quadriga global offices or visiting booth 1243 at the show.
