With this in mind and building on their successful launch of La Colección Resorts by Fiesta Americana website, Posadas has once again partnered with Amadeus to create new custom websites across its 185 hotels and 9 brands.
Posadas is leveraging Amadeus’ industry-leading technology and expertise to deliver new branded websites for their portfolio—including Live Aqua, Grand Fiesta Americana, Curamoria Collection, Fiesta Americana, The Explorean, IOH, Fiesta Inn, Gamma, and one. The goal of this partnership is to increase visibility and bookings to subsequently grow revenue, allowing guests to build truly experiential stays.
The websites set a new industry standard for the depth of information available to guests. Hoteliers can list attractions and events, highlight nearby areas of interest, and provide maps for navigation – everything a traveler needs to make an informed decision about where to stay. Additionally, the sites also provide comprehensive information about the property’s ability to host groups, business convention, and weddings, enabling planners and brides alike to secure the destination for their events and coordinate details.
The new web experience, backed by Amadeus’ iHotelier® Booking Engine and Digital Media Campaigns, allows Posadas brands to drive significant results through their website’s direct booking channels thanks to tailored service promotions and upsell opportunities. In fact, when comparing post-launch performance on the new websites to pre-pandemic performance, the new sites drove a 60% increase in direct bookings for luxury properties and a 371% increase in bookings for resort properties.
