CHICAGO, IL – Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA), with the support of Midland States Bank is constructing its new company headquarters in the Old Town area of Chicago. PLA has partnered with Irpino Construction as the General Contractor to build the office. The building is projected to be complete by July of 2018.
The new headquarters will be a sleek, three-story building equipped with a wide variety of innovative technology and accommodations. It will also tailor specifically to the needs of the PLA’s Hotel Real Estate Advisory Practice – with unique gathering spaces and private offices. The third floor, uniquely will offer a stunning view of the city with a rooftop event space.
“The new office will provide specialized space to support our hotel auction transactions, training of new hotel brokerage agents and host our clients and partners in a manner that is exciting for Paramount,” said Sanjeev Misra, President of Paramount Lodging Advisors.
PLA continues to be a leader in hotel brokerage, adopting and embracing the newest trends of the industry and taking on the new generation of hotel brokerage with prowess. It’s been ten years since the conception of Paramount Lodging Advisors and the growth has been considerable. PLA recently introduced its Capital Markets division with the addition of Senior Associate Sean Banilivy, who is based in New York. The company continues to rapidly grow in transaction volume and in successful close rates.
