Paramount Lodging Advisors (PLA) is pleased to announce the successful sale of DoubleTree by Hilton Campbell – Pruneyard Plaza, located at 1995 Bascom Avenue, Campbell, CA.  The hotel is part of the 30-acre landmark Silicon Valley mixed-use Pruneyard development, and enjoys excellent accessibility to all of the Valley.   In addition to the hotel, there is approximately 365,000 square feet of office, 260,000 square feet of retail, and 2,115 parking spaces. 

The hotel is located just over five miles from downtown San Jose and San Jose International Airport, with excellent accessibility to all regional demand generators, including Levi’s Stadium (49ers NFL), Santana Row, Great American Theme Park, Winchester Mystery House, The Mountain Winery, San Jose Museum of Art, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.  Significant corporate transient/group demand generators include Apple, eBay, Netflix, Roku, Adobe Systems, Hitachi, Vocera, SAAMA Technologies, and Xilinix.   

The DoubleTree hotel opened in 1988 and is a full-service lodging facility containing 169-rooms. The hotel also features approximately 4,115 square feet of meeting space and the PY Kitchen & Wine Garden, a 3-meal a day restaurant.  There are over 15 food and beverage outlets within the adjacent Pruneyard Plaza, offering hotel guests a number of entertainment and dining options.
