DALLAS (September 20, 2018) – Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Adams as Executive Vice President of Operations and Andrew Rubinacci as Senior Vice President of Revenue Management & Global Distribution. Effective immediately, Matthew Adams will lead operations for the Omni portfolio of 60 distinct luxury hotels and resorts across the country. Andrew Rubinacci will lead the brand’s revenue and distribution strategies.

Prior to joining Omni, Matthew Adams served a career-long tenure at Hyatt Hotels where he climbed the ranks of operational roles from post-graduate trainee to General Manager and Area Vice President. Matthew has experience in spearheading global innovation initiatives and in managing some of the largest, most complex properties and renovations in the Hyatt portfolio. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics from California State University and studied at the Hasso Platner School of Design Thinking.

Andrew Rubinacci joins Omni Hotels & Resorts from the Intercontinental Hotels Group, where he served as Senior Vice President of Distribution & Revenue Management Strategy. Andrew is a seasoned hospitality veteran with more than 25 years of experience and is considered a revenue management and global distribution expert in the industry. Andrew holds two bachelor degrees in marketing and hospitality administration from Florida State University and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Dedman School of Hospitality.
