PARADISE VALLEY, AZ – March 21, 2022 – Noel Fulton has been named Managing Director for The Hermosa Inn, one of Arizona’s premiere boutique hotels. With more than 30 years of hotel experience, Fulton is an established leader in the hospitality industry with an extensive  background in every area of luxury resort operations.

Handcrafted in the 1930’s by cowboy artist Lon Megargee as his residence and art studio, the AAA Four Diamond Hermosa Inn is a jewel of a hideaway surrounded by an exclusive neighborhood in Paradise Valley. The Inn’s adobe architecture has maintained its authentic Arizona charm with 43 luxury guest casitas nestled in a six-acre garden setting boasting breathtaking vistas of the lush desert and Camelback Mountain. The culinary centerpiece is LON’s at the Hermosa, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant, highly-acclaimed for its globally inspired Arizona fare, award-winning wine list and picturesque patio.

Most recently, Fulton was the Managing Director of its sister property, the historic Tubac Golf Resort & Spa. Prior to that, Fulton was general manager at Madeline Hotel and Residences, an Auberge Resort in Telluride; Element 52, a luxury residential property in Telluride and Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, a five-star, five-diamond property in San Diego.

During her time in Tubac, Fulton was an active member of the Rotary Club of Tubac, and while in Telluride, Fulton held several board seats, including TMVOA (the master homeowners’ association in Mountain Village), representing the lodging community. She was also heavily involved in several community projects that resulted in growth for the destination.

Throughout her career, Fulton has cultivated a strong leadership style and gained expertise from roles such as director of operations, food and beverage director and rooms director at properties including The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera in Vail, Colorado; El Monte Sagrado in Taos, New Mexico and Casa Madrona in Sausalito, California. Fulton earned a BS in Business from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
