SAN FRANCISCO (March 31, 2017) – Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco’s newest luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf, will complete a comprehensive $16 million renovation and rebranding with a grand opening scheduled for this summer.

Inspired by the luxurious yachts found in exotic ports throughout the Mediterranean, Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf will emerge this summer as San Francisco’s newest inviting hotel, offering a unique and luxurious experience to its guests with elements inspired by local partnerships. Conveniently located in the center of Fisherman’s Wharf, the 221-guestroom hotel is very close to popular area attractions including Pier 39, Coit Tower and Ghirardelli Square, as well as many of San Francisco’s most revered dining and retail venues. Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf is managed by Noble House Hotels and Resorts and is owned by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.

The imaginative transformation and rebranding of Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf features a contemporary design, light palette and clean lines and encompasses new guestrooms that are well-tailored and comfortable with subtle yacht-inspired furnishings, a redesigned welcoming lobby and full-service bar named Bar Zoe, as well as a restoration of the hotel’s event and meeting space, all boasting an interior of modern décor and sleek fixtures. Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf features an inviting, artisan-styled outdoor courtyard with fireplaces and communal seating for guests to relax and unwind after an adventurous day of exploring the sights of San Francisco while also enjoying the stunning sculpture created and designed by Shawn Man Roland for Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf, which will serve as the muse of the hotel. Promising romance and spontaneity, Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf will become San Francisco’s newest haven for the adventuresome, beckoning those inspired by wanderlust, curiosity, and exploration.

“We’re thrilled to have Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf join Pebblebrook’s San Francisco “unofficial Z collection” which includes the award-winning Hotel Zetta, Hotel Zeppelin, Hotel Zelos, and Hotel Zephyr,” said Jon Bortz, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer. “The “unofficial Z collection” is thoughtfully designed to engage guests and capture the essence of the many personalities of San Francisco.”

“Noble House Hotels & Resorts is excited to manage the stylish Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco,” said Scott Colee, Noble House chief creative officer. “We are excited for our guests to experience this unique luxury experience, which has been carefully curated by our team.”
