Achievement of Customer Excellence for 9th Year in a Row
Portsmouth, New Hampshire: For the 9th year in a row, Newmarket, an Amadeus company, has been awarded an Achievement of Customer Excellence by Confirmit, an independent third party evaluation agency. The Award celebrates an outstanding achievement in building Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Employee programs that deliver tangible business improvements.

Newmarket gathers feedback across the organization from customer support to focus groups with lighthouse customers. This feedback is incorporated into product development, support practices, and overall communication with customers and partners.
