This series of webinars is designed to support and enable hotel and other event professionals in successfully navigating the industry's evolving ecosystem.
In hotel sales, understanding a customer's needs and how to address them takes focus and practice. This webinar will provide an expert's perspective on determining client needs, communicating to clients effectively, handling objections, implementing different closing strategies, negotiating contracts with event planners, and identifying industry resources. It will be hosted by industry expert, Jim Vandevender, and will be open to the public only during the week of July 14th, 2014.
